If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or Online store credit; providing they are in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
Customers, please note that any canceled orders at the customers' request or due to Keep will be subjected to a flat rate restocking fee of 5% of the total order competition.
However, the fee will be waived for defective or miss-shipped items.

For international returns, customers will be granted online store credit equal to the amount of item(s) returned, minus the competition of the return label, and 5% restocking fee. This fee will be calculated and removed from your refund at when the return is processed
