Return policy

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of Black-white for an exchange or Online store credit; providing they are in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

Restocking Fee:

Customers, please note that any canceled orders at the customers' request or due to fraud will be subjected to a flat rate restocking fee of 5% of the total order value.

However, the fee will be waived for defective or miss-shipped items.

For international returns, customers will be granted online store credit equal to the amount of item(s) returned, minus the value of the return label, and 5% restocking fee. This fee will be calculated and removed from picture refund at when the return is processed
