Return Policy 

Limited Release & Final Sale 

Limited release or Sale items are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange.

 

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit; providing they are in original resalable condition. 

 

All Items unless specified are eligible for exchange if they meet the following conditions 

 

• The request is within 14 days of the receipt
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in the original condition
• The packaging must be completely intact and all tags attached

 

Footwear must be returned with the dust bag or original shoe box. Please place the shoe box in a shipping box to prevent damage. 

 

Packer will not accept any returns without prior written communication.

 

To request an exchange, or inquiries about your order please email customer service at orders@packershoes.com.  Include your order number in the subject line for the best results.

 

Packer reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the policy.
