Return of goods
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without any reason given within 30 days period.
To exercise your right, you have to send filled out return form at: FASHION TRENDS GROUP Ltd, Stanisława Lema 24 lok LU3 street, 31-571 Kraków, Poland or by e-mail: info@sneakerstudio.com.
You can sure use the attached model, but it is not required. To safeguard the withdrawal period it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the withdrawal before the expiration of the 30 days period.
For the refund, we use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you express otherwise. We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods back, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
We have 14 days period to refund your money since then.
You have to return the goods immediately or, in any event, not later than thirty days from the date on which you informmed us about the cancellation from this contract. The deadline is considered met if you send the goods before the deadline of thirty days. All the return costs to be imposed on the consumer.
